Located in Amsterdam’s up-and-coming Noord neighbourhood, Public Space has it all: passionate people, specialty espresso-based and filter coffees, and an industrial (but cosy) interior. While their main roaster is Friedhats, you can often find other select names (such as Lüna or Manhattan) on display. Aiming for a complete experience, Public Space offers a unique food menu, containing handcrafted dishes from locally-sourced, seasonal ingredients. And, they run their own artisanal bakery, do not miss the cardamom buns!
