Holtkamp is a long-established, family-owned pastry shop, located on the historical canal belt of Amsterdam. The small store, beautifully decorated in Art Nouveau style, showcases a selection of just about any treats one can think of: cakes, chocolates, cookies or macarons, to name a few. If you are having a hard time deciding, try the Tompouce—a traditional Dutch pastry that resembles the mille-feuille.
