A place with deep roots in simplicity and craftsmanship, Alice is a fine spot to enjoy a light breakfast in Copenhagen. They serve fresh pastries, baked through a lamination process they perfected, as well as a selection of handcrafted cured meats and cheeses from local producers. They value great coffee and its whole sourcing chain, thus working exclusively with Swedish specialty roaster, Koppi. During warmer days, Alice turns into an artisanal ice cream parlour, serving their creamy, flavourful creations from home-made waffle cones.
