Drop Coffee Shop opened its doors in 2009 and only one year later decided to roast its own coffee. Their small-scale roastery focuses on the balance between the coffee's acidity and sweetness and values transparency and sustainability when sourcing their beans. Besides their fine coffee, you can also have breakfast or enjoy a selection of Swedish pastries while exploring the trendy Södermalm area.
